Salary circa £33,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience & qualifications

As Business and Digital Support Manager, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation strategy, delivering business improvements, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation

This varied and rewarding role will involve coordinating and supporting the delivery of Ategi’s Digital Transformation Strategy and associated business improvement programmes, data reporting and compliance, office management, governance and board administration and coordinating the planning and delivery of internal and external events.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in all area’s with digital systems, data bases and Microsoft 365 platforms knowledge is essential. You will work closely with the Head of Administration, maintaining an efficient and well-managed workplace by overseeing facilities, resources and workplace arrangements while contributing to Ategi’s environmental and sustainability goals.

Join the Ategi Team as a Support Practice Lead and help people thrive

Based in Rhydyfelin, Pontypridd

Salary circa £30 – 33K per annum depending on experience & qualifications

Ategi are a not-for-profit provider of support services in Wales and England. The organisation currently offers three services for adults with additional needs; Shared Lives, Supported Living and Community Support. Providing personalised, community-based, person-centred care, making a real difference in people’s lives.

The Support Practice Lead will work across all of Ategi services, driving the implementation and monitoring continuous improvement of specialist support including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and other development approaches.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, have experience of working within Adult Social Care services supporting people with Learning disabilities. You will be able to deliver training workshops that reflect operational needs and regulatory requirements. You will have the ability to reflect and implement high-quality, compliant practice across services, reducing incidents, including proactive and preventative strategies and strengthen outcomes.

The role will require someone who can work as part of a team, with good communication skills, supporting workforce development across staff teams and modelling continuous service improvement. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across within HR and operational teams to manage and maintain the training platform and compliance, therefore confident IT, digital systems and reporting skills are essential.

Join the Ategi Team as a Shared Lives Co-ordinator (Temporary Position – 7 months)

Based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire

Salary circa £28,565 per annum depending on experience & qualifications

This is an interesting, varied & rewarding opportunity for a committed individual who is looking to progress their career and take on a new challenge.

Job details:

· Full Time (36.5 hours) – Monday to Friday

· Contract duration and type – 07 months, fixed term temporary position

· Flexible working options, including Hybrid Working.

· Minimum of Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care Services or be willing to work towards completing level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

The successful candidate will have excellent administration & communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure. They will be responsible for recruiting, assessing, supporting and supervising Shared Lives Carers, while ensuring that the people we support receive safe, high-quality, person-centred support. The role involves matching individuals with suitable carers, monitoring placements, conducting reviews, promoting independence and wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding, regulatory and quality standards. The Co-ordinator will work closely with carers, families, commissioners and other professionals, helping to create and maintain successful Shared Lives arrangements.

Salary: £13.55 to £14.06 per hour rate/ FTE £27,553 to £28,584 per annum
