Learning and development

At Ategi, we provide all the training needed for you to flourish in your role. For support workers, this includes mandatory training and additional training relating to the particular issues affecting people you will support. Training provided in different ways to meet the needs of all types of learners.

We encourage staff development through supporting them with qualifications they require for their role but also any additional qualifications they may wish to gain.

We are always trying to increase the number of opportunities for our staff to work on their own personal development and always look to promote from within wherever possible.
