We are recruiting volunteers for our Support Circles project
Support Circles are recruiting! We're looking for our first Volunteer Facilitator - This person will help facilitate our first volunteer circle with people with learning disabilities & our first group of Peer Support Volunteers (6-8) - For our first circle, these peer support volunteers will be adults with learning disabilities who are able to join a weekly group in Pontypridd.
They will build on their own strengths and work together towards shared goals, developing skills and confidence and enhancing their wellbeing.
Ategi launches new volunteering project: Support Circles
Ategi has been awarded funding to start a 1-2 year project, called Support Circles. The idea behind the project is to provide a space where adults with additional needs provide peer-support to each other, to learn new skills and gain valuable experiences and confidence.

Ategi pleased to be supporting people at Tŷ Cornel to live their best lives
Ategi is delighted to share that from 16th February, we will be providing support to people living at Tŷ Cornel in Cardiff. Tŷ Cornel is a supported accommodation service especially for who have a history of homelessness, alongside other support needs such as substance misuse and complex health and social support needs.

We are delighted to announce the official launch of the Ategi Wellbeing Fund thanks to the generous support of individuals and businesses over the last three months. The Ategi Wellbeing Fund will provide small grants up to £150 to help people Ategi supports improve their wellbeing that they otherwise might not be able to afford.

Ategi goes to Brussels to deliver a workshop and support the release of new Ukraine film
This week saw the EASPD release documentary film, “Ukraine-Paused Reforms”. EASPD invited Ategi to host a workshop on the power of a co-production approach to filmmaking with people with disabilities at their office in Brussels.
