Our five core values, ambition, inclusivity, authenticity, kindness, and collaboration are the foundation of everything we do as we support each person individually, recognising their strengths, abilities, and goals and they also guide us in our journey towards a greener planet.

These include expanding our recycling programs, transitioning to more energy-efficient technologies, and promoting sustainable travel options among our staff and community. Additionally, we will host workshops and community events to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation. By reinforcing our dedication to a greener planet, we invite everyone to join us in making meaningful strides towards a sustainable future.

Our Environmental Policy

We believe it's important to care for our planet and do our part to protect it. That's why we have a comprehensive environmental policy and a detailed carbon reduction roadmap in place. These initiatives guide all of our actions and ensure that we continue to make positive strides towards sustainability.

Our Environmental Policy focuses on minimising waste, saving energy, and promoting resource efficiency. We are dedicated to recycling, transitioning to low-energy lighting, and using environmentally friendly cleaning materials. Moreover, our carbon reduction roadmap outlines specific steps to lower our carbon footprint, from encouraging car sharing to promoting the use of video conferencing as an alternative to travel.

We recognise that the journey towards sustainability is best undertaken in partnership. This year, we are excited to announce our collaboration with S&G Carbon, a carbon consultancy firm committed to helping organisations understand their carbon emissions and create effective plans to reduce them.

Our ambition to work collaboratively stems from our belief that collective effort and shared expertise are pivotal in driving impactful changes. Together with S&G Carbon, we will enhance our carbon reduction strategies, leveraging their advanced methodologies to accurately measure and mitigate our environmental impact. This partnership exemplifies our commitment to fostering meaningful alliances and underscores the importance of working together to achieve a sustainable future for all.
