Community Support

A little bit about Community Support

Our Community Support service provides individual support to help promote your independence and build your confidence. We work with you and those important to you, such as your family or social worker.

This service is for adults who live independently, or with their family. We provide dedicated one-to-one support to help you achieve your goals, help you to build skills, try new things and live more independently.
