Rebecca Belaidi

Head of Operations

Rebecca’s background in social care and support started through her passion for working with people to enhance and support their lives. Rebecca is passionate about enabling people to become the best version of themselves and to access as many opportunities as possible.

Rebecca started her career in youth work and then went on to study a degree at Reading University in Community and Youth Work. From there Rebecca had opportunities to work in various settings, such as the Prison Service and the housing departments in Reading. From there she spent a number of years working for local authorities whilst qualifying as a social care manager gaining a post graduate distinction. Rebecca then joined the charitable sector in 2006 with the YOU Trust, delivering supported accommodation as an Area Manager for 65 young people aged between 16-25. Then, joining Leonard Cheshire Disability as a Regional Manager where she worked for several years before moving onto new opportunities as a Head of department for Rethink, BCHA and Accomplish Group. Rebecca specialises in the arena of supported living, supported housing, registered care homes and domiciliary support and has worked across the south of England including London, Isle of Wight and Cornwall and pretty much everywhere in between!

Rebecca now lives on the South Coast of England and enjoys walking on the beach and spending time with her family.
