The focus in Gail's role is to make a difference to everyone’s lives who comes into Supported Living.

Jill's expertise is in people development, specialising in leadership and management, team building, executive coaching and business development

Alice has a track record of strong leadership skills from a varied career, including four and half years as a Chief Executive of the Thomas More Project

Richard started working with Ategi as the Registered Manager of Shared Lives Wales in 2020, before becoming the Head of Quality & Compliance in December 2021

Karen works with the trustees and executive team of Ategi to ensure the good governance of the organisation and that Ategi complies with company and charitable law. 

Rebecca is passionate about enabling people to become the best version of themselves and to access as many opportunities as possible.

Samantha is passionate in her role and will endeavour to provide a service which promotes a high standard of care and person centred approach to enable individuals to achieve outcomes. 

Ruth has been working in the field of human resources for over 30 years, and until she joined Ategi, her experience had been in the retail and the hospitality sectors.

Connor has spent the last 7 years working in the third sector and has led a regional older person’s charity as its Chief Officer for the last 5 years. Connor has significant knowledge of the challenges facing the health and social care system, particularly around issues facing older people.

Erika has worked for over five years in the third sector helping deliver a person-centred, empowering approach to employment.

Following a 30 year career in social care and housing Bev retired in 2013 but has been active in governance positions both in the third and housing sectors since. Bev joined the Ategi board in September 2022.  

Chris has over thirty years’ experience in working in the health and social care sector, including 18 years as Chief Executive Officer of one of the larger third sector charities supporting people with learning disabilities and their families.

Putting people at the heart of decision making and advocating for their rights has been at the core of his approach.   

Rhiannon started off her career in social care around fifteen years ago, where she worked as a support worker specialising in homelessness and substance misuse.

Lisa has been managing teams in health and social care for over 6 years working with adults with a variety of additional needs.

Lynn has worked in health & social care for over 15 years, previously for an organisation that supports adults with autism. As part of the Senior Management Team, she enjoys working across and getting involved in all areas of human resources.
