Alice joined Ategi in March 2021. Alice has a track record of strong leadership skills from a varied career, including four and half years as a Chief Executive of the Thomas More Project, an adult social care charity supporting adults with learning disabilities. Alice is an independent foster panel member for TACT's South West and Wales Panels which have given Alice a strong grounding in fostering and understanding issues facing young people in, and leaving care. Alice has worked in a number of charities and organisations in the UK and New Zealand, leading and developing a wide range of services. In New Zealand, Alice primarily worked on issues around homelessness and housing for health, local authority and a social landlord. Alice’s values sit well with Ategi and she is focussed on ensuring that people who need support, for any reason, should have the support they need to achieve their goals.
Alice enjoys spending time with her young children, and being outdoors and giving things a go from walking, camping, paddle boarding, gardening to trying new things.
