A seasonal refresh in Cardiff

As the seasons shift, so too do the planters outside our Cardiff office. Our team came together to give them a fresh new look. The summer blooms have made way for rich autumn and winter colours, bringing a splash of warmth to the car park and a cheerful welcome to anyone visiting.

It was a bit chilly this year, hence the raincoats and hoodies, but the weather didn’t dampen spirits. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and muddy hands as staff and people we support worked together to get everything planted.

These moments are a chance to step away from our desks, connect, and do something practical and creative together. For many of us, it’s a rare opportunity to slow down, chat, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being outdoors and working as a team.

We know how important it is to build community not just through the services we offer, but in the way we work day to day. Activities like this help strengthen those connections and remind us of the value of shared experiences, whether that’s planting flowers or simply sharing a cup of tea afterwards.
