Positions: Relief Support Workers
Hours: As and when required
Hourly rate: £6.97 (plus premiums)
Location: Opportunities available throughout the Cardiff and Rhondda Cynon Taff areas

We are looking for warm, flexible and motivated people to support individuals with learning and physical disabilities within our Supported Living and Visiting Support Services.

Relief Support Workers work on a casual, ‘as and when’ basis, primarily to cover sickness, training and holidays.

The role can be incredibly flexible and suit people in a variety of situations. You may only be available term time, weekends or college holidays; you may have another job or be busy during the day and want evening work. You can even work across different services to meet more people and gain valuable experience.

We recognise that Relief Support Workers form an invaluable part of the ategi team and provide cover in a variety of circumstances, including times of crisis. We expect the quality of their work to be at the same level as our permanent staff and this means that, after a comprehensive induction, we’ll train you to meet specific client needs and develop your full potential.

The ability to drive and access to your own vehicle is desirable.
