Who We’re Looking For
We welcome all backgrounds and provide full training. However, we’re especially interested in professionals with expertise in:
- Human Resources – Strategic HR and organisational change experience.
- Support Services – Clinical psychologists, behavioural specialists, people with experience/ understanding of working with adults with additional needs (NCS, BACP, MBACP, etc.).
- Communications & Engagement – Strategic comms/ CSR/ crisis comms/ branding/ digital growth
- Legal & Risk Management – Qualified legal professionals (lawyers, solicitors).
Your Role as a Trustee
🔹 Guide Ategi’s strategic direction and impact.
🔹 Ensure we operate effectively, legally, and for public benefit.
🔹 Use your skills to drive positive change.
🔹 Act as an ambassador, promoting our work within your networks.
Time commitment: We generally say, 2-3 hours a month.
No prior trustee experience? No problem! We’ll support and empower you every step of the way.
