Jill's expertise is in people development, specialising in leadership and management, team building, executive coaching and business development

Richard started working with Ategi as the Registered Manager of Shared Lives Wales in 2020, before becoming the Head of Quality & Compliance in 2021 and Head of Services in 2024.

Karen works with the trustees and executive team of Ategi to ensure the good governance of the organisation and that Ategi complies with company and charitable law. 

Connor has spent the last 7 years working in the third sector and has led a regional older person’s charity as its Chief Officer for the last 5 years. Connor has significant knowledge of the challenges facing the health and social care system, particularly around issues facing older people.

Erika has worked for over five years in the third sector helping deliver a person-centred, empowering approach to employment.

Chris has over thirty years’ experience in working in the health and social care sector, including 18 years as Chief Executive Officer of one of the larger third sector charities supporting people with learning disabilities and their families.

Putting people at the heart of decision making and advocating for their rights has been at the core of his approach.   

Lynn has worked in health & social care for over 15 years, previously for an organisation that supports adults with autism. As part of the Senior Management Team, she enjoys working across and getting involved in all areas of human resources.

Joe is our Shared Lives Locality Manager for England, bringing extensive experience from the charity sector. He has led Learning Centres, Coffee Shops, Supported Living services and a Shared Lives scheme, and draws on his teacher training to champion learning, development and high-quality support across Ategi’s services.
